Cash is preferred. We also accept EFTPOS, however a 15% surcharge applies to all EFTPOS payments. Payment details are confirmed at the time of booking. A deposit may be required for large events or extended bookings.
Discretion is at the core of everything we do. We use secure communication channels, never share client information, and all our staff sign strict confidentiality agreements. Your privacy is our top priority.
We are located at 133 Vincent Street, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010 and are open 2PM to 2AM, Tuesday to Sunday. We primarily service the greater Auckland area, including Auckland CBD, North Shore, South Auckland, and West Auckland. For events outside Auckland, please contact us to discuss arrangements.
Absolutely! You can request specific models when making your booking. We recommend booking in advance for popular models to ensure availability. If your preferred model is unavailable, we'll suggest suitable alternatives.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking may incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full details.
